Use the interest slider to change the interest rate you want.
No need to tap the Calculate button unless you want to reset the interest number to the center of the chart.
The minimum and maximum of the interest slider automatically adjusted to half way of the interest you entered.
For example, if you entered 8%, then the minimum is 4% and the maximum will be 12%.
Press move left right on Years slider to change the term to the default 7/15/20/30 years.
You are able to enter fractional number like "8.5" to the term year then click the Calculate button.
Scroll up to see the payment differences based on interest icreaments.
Use the bottom slider to select the increament from default 0.125% to the maximum of 1%.
Double taps to zoom the bar chart.

Click the P/I button to see the total principal and interest paid.
The percentage number is the ratio of the total interest paid and total paid.
If you make extra payments on the far left plus sign button, below the pie chart you will see the interest saved amount.
Scroll up to see the schedule of each payment for the portion of the principal and interest paid.
Short tap up and down to scroll the payment chart.
On the Timeline panel, use the red slider to see the balance and total paid of each period.
The X-axis is the total number of the payment periods.
So if it's a 7 term years, the X-axis is from 0 to 84.
If you make extra payments on the far left plus sign button, below the slider you will see the term year you saved.
Scroll up to see the corresponding chart schedule.
Tap the plus sign button to go to the extra payment panel.
On this panel, you are able to enter one monthly prepayment and three one time extra payments.
Enter the amount and the starting month number.
If you check the green checkbox, you are able to adjust the month number you make and see the effects.
The timeline slider will be visible if you check either of these two checkboxes.
The timeline slider will be visible on the Timeline panel as well.
Anytime you can click the red up arrow button in the middle to pop up the whole page payment schedule.
Press and pull down the schedule to close it.
If you have extra payments made, the rows will be light green color coded.
Pink color row mean the row you scroll the red slider.
